1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of PageForge (forge.nexoflux.dev), operated by NEXOFLUX S.L., which sells landing page templates and configures, deploys and hosts them on your behalf. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Template licence
Buying a template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to deploy it as one website of your own. You may change its copy, images and brand elements. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the template or its source code, in a marketplace or otherwise. The copy, images and brand assets you supply remain your property at all times.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is billed as a monthly or annual subscription, plus a one-time setup fee that is waived on annual plans. Prices are the EUR amounts published on the pricing page and exclude any applicable VAT. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain live until the end of the current billing period; annual subscriptions simply do not renew at the end of the term.
4. Delivery
Once we have received all of your copy, images and brand assets, a standard template is typically configured and live within 3 business days. Incomplete assets or additional customization extend that timeline, and we will tell you in advance when they do.
5. Refunds
Before your page goes live you may request a full refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the result. After launch, hosting periods already consumed are not refundable, though you may cancel future renewals at any time. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun.
6. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we are not liable for damage of any kind arising from force majeure, third-party provider outages, errors or omissions in the content you supply, or unauthorised modifications you make to the page. You are responsible for ensuring the content you provide is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Changes to these terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and the scope of the service. Changes that materially affect an existing subscription will be announced by email in advance; if you do not accept them you may cancel before they take effect.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the Company and the user is governed by Spanish law in force. Except where consumer law mandates otherwise, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
